(1901)  Maine Gauche Dagger

Maine Gauche Dagger of indeterminate age, possibly Victorian but of high quality workmanship which may indicate earlier.  11 inch blade with little staining which tends to deny age but the laborious decorative work to the quillons and the wirework topped and bottomed with "Turks Heads" place it above standard copies. Nice!
