Francotte Cadet rifle in 295/230 calibre (obsolete) made for the Australian Government and so marked. 27 1/2 inch barrel with some rifling. Good working order. Dark Walnut stock with the odd dink but sound, with large painted "15" to RHS. Replacement butt plate. No cleaning rod.

Sporting carbine in 577/450 calibre (obsolete) made from a MkIV long lever Martini Henry rifle. 21 1/2 inch barrel with good bore. Marked "Enfield 1887" with a number of WD and other stampings. Woodwork sound with some stampings. Working order. Good example.

(1762) Small 24 Bore Percussion Carbine ex Flintlock
Small percussion carbine converted from Flint by drum and nipple and possibly intended for training use by a boy. 12 inch round barrel with old Birmingham proofs. Brass trigger guard and butt plate. Fair bore. Good working order although nipple somewhat crushed.
Old iron ramrod. Interesting and decorative.

(1850) German Hammerless Sporting Rifle
Hammerless sporting rifle in 8.15 x 46R calibre (obsolete) with German proofs. No name. 26 inch octagonal barrel with good bore and 2-leaf rear sight. Under lever opening with double set triggers. Pop up tang sight. Floral engraving to frame Cross bolt forend with slight crack but sound. Nice Walnut stock with cheek piece, minor repair to toe. Safety works in reverse mode. Super gun!

Martini action rifle in .300 Sherwood calibre (obsolete) by Westley Richards. 27 inch round barrel with good bore and ladder rear sight. Nice stock and forend. Maker and calibre on top of barrel and side of action. Good Gun.

(1881) Experimental Tower Musketoon
Percussion Musketoon probably made as a one-off experiment at the Tower Armory from a flintlock musket. Lock converted to percussion and a nipple protector added. 19 inch round barrel with slight bell muzzle. No visible proofs but barrel, stock, nipple protector and lock all marked No.251. Lock marked "TOWER". Brass furniture. Old steel ramrod. Stock sound with the odd sliver lost here and there, recently varnished. Working order. Interesting!

(1897) French 14b Carbine Dated 1847
Unusual 14b percussion carbine, the barrel with the inscription in gold "En Placencia Fora (?) et wo de Dr Martin Aranburu Ano 1847". May be a sporting gun shortened for cavalry use. 17 inch barrel with good bore and military style brass mounted forend. Engraved dog-head hammer with lightly engraved lock. Distinctive hand rail type stock with steel butt plate containing trap, release broken. Woodwork fairly sound with the odd dink. Lock working. Interesting piece.

(1908) Gras 1874 Model Carbine
Gras bolt action single shot carbine stamped "Mle 1874" and made at the Tulle Arsenal. 20 inch barrel with good bore and bayonet fitting. Brass band, forend fitting and TG. Correct ladder rearsight with slider missing. One small patch of rust, otherwise clean. Good stock with the odd dink, but sound. Replacement ramrod. Working order. Nice carbine.
